Why Our Matcha Is Different
Unlike many cafes that simply blend matcha powder with milk, we prepare ours the traditional Japanese way—hand-whisked using a bamboo chasen. This technique creates that distinctive frothy texture and brings out the full depth of flavor from our ceremonial grade matcha.
